# Telefonische bereikbaarheid praktijk

De tijden waarop de praktijk telefonisch bereikbaar is gaan veranderen/ The times at which the practice can be reached by phone are going to change.  
  
**Met ingang van maandag 4 oktober zijn wij op werkdagen telefonisch bereikbaar van 9:00 tot 12:30 uur.**  
  
Uiteraard zijn we voor spoed de gehele werkdag bereikbaar op ons spoednummer: 070-219 25 61.  
  
Gelukkig kun je op elk moment via de Uw Zorg Online app of via het [Patiëntenportaal](https://nieuwedokter.uwzorgonline.nl/inloggen-en-registratie/app/?ref=nieuwedokter.mymagic.page) afspraken inplannen, niet-urgente vragen stellen en herhaalrecepten bestellen. Voor het opvragen van labresultaten kun je een belafspraak van 10 minuten boeken, dan word je teruggebeld.

Fortunately, you can schedule appointments, ask non-urgent questions and order repeat prescriptions at any time via the Uw Zorg Online app or the [Patiëntenportaal](https://nieuwedokter.uwzorgonline.nl/inloggen-en-registratie/app/?ref=nieuwedokter.mymagic.page). To discuss lab results, you can book a 10-minute phone consultation. The doctor will then be called back.
