E-CONSULTEN: Nieuwe werkwijze Uw Zorg Online berichten huisarts

Vanaf nu kun je berichten (e-consult) uitsluitend online sturen naar HUISARTS ALGEMEEM via de Uw Zorg Online app. Het is niet meer mogelijk om rechtstreeks een bericht naar een specifieke huisarts te sturen.
Alle berichten die binnenkomen bij HUISARTS ALGEMEEN worden gelezen en beantwoord door de aanwezige huisartsen en doktersassistentes. Wil je dat jouw bericht specifiek onder de aandacht komt van een bepaalde huisarts? Vermeld dit dan duidelijk met “ter attentie van …”(t.a.v.)
We streven ernaar om je bericht binnen 24 uur te beantwoorden.
Het is mogelijk om bijlagen, zoals foto’s of documenten, mee te sturen met je bericht.
Let op: Deze berichten optie is in het weekend niet beschikbaar.

E-CONSULTS: Changes to sending Uw Zorg Online messages to GPs
From now on, you can only send messages (e-consult) online to HUISARTS ALGEMEEN via the Uw Zorg Online app. It is no longer possible to send a message directly to a specific GP.
All messages sent to HUISARTS ALGEMEEN are read and answered by the GP(s) and medical assistants on duty. If you would like your message to be directed to a specific GP, please indicate this clearly by writing “for the attention of …”.
We aim to respond to your message within 24 hours.
You can attach files to your message, such as photos or documents.
