**Huisarts Jojanneke Kant ziet momenteel geen nieuwe patiënten**.

**Bent u een nieuwe patiënt?**  
Dan kunt je via de [Uw Zorg Online app](https://nieuwedokter.uwzorgonline.nl/inloggen-en-registratie/app/?ref=nieuwedokter.mymagic.page) (UZO) afspraken maken bij de volgende huisartsen:

- Sagaar Ramessersing (m)
- Jorien van Jarwaarde (v)
- Nienke Knijnenburg (v)
- Majorie van Toorenburg (v)
- Jamy Moussavi (m)  
  
**Let op:** deze huisartsen zijn beschikbaar op bepaalde dagen en data, zoals aangegeven op de [website](https://nieuwedokter.nl/nieuws?ref=nieuwedokter.mymagic.page) en UZO app.  
  
**Bent u al patiënt bij dokter Kant?**  
Dan kun je uiteraard bij haar terecht. Houd er wel rekening mee dat haar agenda snel vol kan raken. Boek daarom jouw afspraak ruim van tevoren.  
  
**Let op:** Haar agenda geeft minder beschikbaarheid weer, dus voor een verzoek om een afspraak graag even bellen naar de praktijk.

You are, of course, welcome to schedule an appointment with her. Please be aware that her schedule tends to fill up quickly, so we advise booking well in advance.  
  
**Please note:** Her agenda will show less availability. Please call the practice if you wish to book an appointment.
