# Belafspraak maken voor uitslagen

Graag attenderen we je erop dat wanneer je labuitslagen verwacht, je zelf een belafspraak dient in te plannen bij de dokter.

Wanneer de dokter je verwijst voor een onderzoek voor bijvoorbeeld bloed, ontlasting, urine óf iets anders, dan is het de **verantwoordelijk van de patiënt om de uitslag te krijgen**. Daarom dien je **zelf een belafspraak in te plannen**, bij voorkeur bij de arts die de verwijzing gemaakt heeft. Wij bellen alleen proactief naar de patiënt als de uitslagen levensbedreigend zijn.

When the doctor refers you for a test , stool, urine or something else, then it is the \*\*responsibility of the patient to get the results\*\*. That is why you need to \*\*schedule a telephone appointment yourself\*\*, preferably with the doctor who made the referral. We only proactively call the patient if the results are life-threatening.
